Illegals Wanted But Illegally ONLY.

In Europe (and North America) there is this insecurity and panic concerning the crises, Euro (Dollar), future survival, extreme veiled conservatism and off course the most debated topic of immigration. The money makers of Europe have devised a meticulous cash machine called ‘illegals’ that would be entitled to residence legally, IF, 1) they have lived in the country for more than 5 years, 2) show solid proof of work and obtain a work permit on behalf of that solid proof, and, 3) Pay Taxes on that declared work for about 2 to 3 years. This invention is neither a law nor a criterion of justice. Although it might have been called munificent in nature it mostly came out to be a bluff played on the part of the Immigration Establishment and political manoeuvrings that have only one task at hand .i.e. how to get money into their budget deficits. Theses people maybe so intelligent at crunching numbers but while arriving at those numbers they make stupid mistakes of devising lopsided criteria.

Suppose we are in Belgium in the era of 2009, at the time of regularization -

and an illegal wanted to get legal residence via this regularization. Now he has been given the task of providing solid proof of work and applying for a work permit on behalf of that solid proof of work. Now by a lot of toiling and hardships he manages to get a solid proof of work. What follows is that the company or Societé that gave a solid proof of work will be scrutinized. They will put pressure on it and ask whether there were no European Nationals to fill this place. Even if it goes through, the person applying for a work permit is always rejected keeping in consideration the law that an illegal person cannot ask for a work permit unless he or she is legally allowed residence first. Even if this goes through they will issue residence cards only to a point where the illegal does not qualify for an indefinite residence permit. The year he or she should be qualified for a permanent residence gets refusal for renewal of Residence cards on unjust grounds. The worse part is that these so called illegals are used and abused by the system. The pure fact is that these European System of immigration requires illegals to recover their budget deficits by allowing them to pay taxes (mostly fraudulent) as a way to gain legal status illegally. As the State is getting money this fraud is overlooked and in fact in some cases illegals are forced by the system to commit such fraud. As a result immigration policy makers have all the number games at their fingertips and when these numbers of illegals get to numbers that become a burden to the State they scrutinize the authenticity of this grant, which the system of immigration initiated in the first place, and in some cases nationalities are seized.

The real criteria was, simply put,

Category 1:

The first group is those immigrants who have lived in Belgium for at least five years and have submitted, before 18 March 2008, a request to obtain a residence permit or those who have lived legally in Belgium for a while before that date.

Category2:
Other group of immigrants constitutes those who have lived in Belgium since at least 31 March 2007, and who are in a position to present a contract of employment.

This above criteria was never implemented for there are people in Belgium who have not been granted regularization even after 12 years of toiling and hardships in the country and even after fulfilling the above criteria 100 per cent. Providing details of these people, with proof, is like a piece of cake on the face of the establishment especially the Ministry of Interior.

Consequently, all doors to immigration are closed (except Bribe as the function of illegal Tax that will remain open) and the Ministry has made laws that make you feel as if the door is still open, but in fact it is not only closed but you risk of loosing your own clothing by paying huge fees to lawyers to put up your files to the Ministry who never give residence permits on just grounds and use delay tactics so that you run away voluntarily. All in all the benefit of immigration, illegals, lawyers, taxes, and what have you go to the System runners and then they shout out loudly when they have to pay iota’s of social benefits to their own nationals.

Italy has done it many a times. So has Spain, Portugal, France, and Belgium.

These States have well planned immigration policies. They know how much illegals they need that will keep the economy afloat without having to legally be obliged to give social and other benefits otherwise claimed by its own Nationals. A person who has survived in Europe for 5 years without claiming any benefits and working in black with SME’s is what keeps their economy afloat. The longer the better because in those 5 years illegals will spend money on food, paying 6 % Tax and 21 % Tax on other items, they will rent houses and the list goes on. What is the outcome? The State gets lump sum of lucre via tax obligation on illegals, small companies use illegal workers and offer them jobs, if they pay their own taxes, to stay in business while the illegal that is already in trouble gets struck in the arse one way or the other. The point is, if illegals are not allowed entry or legal status they should not be forced into this vicious trap of injustice.

‘‘Racism is bad. What will you call racism that is incorporated into the law?’’

In communes it is worse. The establishment in the communes is information keeper rather than information giver. If there is a person who is genuine in his or her case, his case will be prolonged without a reason why. If he or she requires 5 documents the commune will request 2, when the 2 are fulfilled they will ask about the third and once the third is done they will ask about the rest as a way to discourage and dishearten people. Their service to foreigners can be graded to a poor level which can always be improved. And please stop calling them Aliens! Find a better word from your dictionaries.

ÉÉN.     Isn’t the American System giving the rich the right to financial scams and bubble bursts when you say a Welfare State makes people lazy and gives them the right to social benefits?

TWEE.  When Government and Capitalism come together as a merger the result is a complete Management (Masses, Economic) buyout and conflict is destined to be inflicted on the world. 

DRIE.    Federal Reserve is a cash cow to capitalism that cannot end until system takes a paradigm shift. They have understood that if they cannot use the Federal Reserves’ heaps of lucre that capitalism allows, as a law, to be accumulated then its best for it to be abolished, a flaw in Capitalism that has now surfaced and that is just the tip of the Iceberg.

VŸF.     American system runs like a lottery. You buy the ticket and have an equally likely chance of success (and masses believe that it’s a just system based on the 'equally likely chance') but the outcome is a few winners (which makes it unjust).

 ZES.     In America, Political Faces change whereas the System remains the same (remember the change Obama cashed by winning elections). Obamacare is a Tax and they know that it is a tax but they have to make those austerity measures to reduce deficits. They also know that everybody will be demanding HealthCare in the near future so why not use it as a cash cow. It’s like Pension aligned with life expectancy rate. The higher the rate goes the higher the retirement age so that they have to give iota’s of pension in return for huge taxes that go onto be dumped in the reserves.

ZEVEN.  If you want to believe in a place that challenges each of us to be better and bigger in the land of opportunity and freedom we need to come up with a strategy that not only grows but also accommodates the destituted masses on the way and does not grow by destroying the rest of the world on the way to becoming better and bigger.

ACHT.   Capitalism separated the churches and kingdoms from governmental interference, can’t you separate corporations from them?

NEGEN. All Insurances are financial scams and taxes of different kind imposed on the people so that they don’t have to spend a penny from their reserves. It is against the inalienable right to life, liberty, and freedom.

TIEN.     Although Ron Paul is better than Mitt Romney in reviving America, the capitalistic school and the big power of Corporations might well choose Mitt Romney, if they ever chose in place of Obama.

Eureka! The MOON

Elucidating the divisions adrift in our Islamic societies one is sighting of the moon and having Eid on 2 to 3 different days when there is one moon for the entire world that makes it a Faux Pas for all the Muslims around the world. As Eid is marked with the sighting of the moon and our calendars are lunar based, what we should do is collaborate the sighting of the moon. All the Islamic bodies given the task to inform the sighting of the moon must hold witness to each other. If there is a sighting of the moon from any part of the world it should be verified on a minimum of 3 different places (the number can be chosen by shura; mutual consultation) other than the Polar Regions after which the entire world will bow into acceptance. The day on which the moon is sighted from 3 different places will be the last day of fasting and the following day will be an Eid day no matter where you are in the world and no matter what the time difference is.

The above hypothesis rests on the followings:

1. The world is not flat. This means that we cannot have a full earth with full daytime or a full earth with full night time. We cannot have a day’s difference between countries at any point on the Globe. People need to understand the difference between ‘time zones between countries’ and ‘varying length times of daytime and night time’. The time zone difference between countries cannot exceed more than 12 hours no matter where you are on the world map, whether that be in Alaska or New Zealand. As the earth moves in one direction from west to east you cannot add up both sides of the globe as one to calculate a time difference of 23 hours as people so believe. For example, some people believe that the time difference between Samoa (some sort of American Island) and Auckland, New Zealand is 23 hours but actually they are an hour apart from each other. This is because they calculate the time difference by spreading the earth as a flat object. Furthermore, daytime can increase or decrease by a few hours but the total time of one rotation of the earth remains 24 hours where half of the earth represents 12 hours.

In the above diagram the red circle represents Samoa and  below down and slighty to the left is Auckland, New zealand. If the Sun is anywhere, meaning, front, back, left, and right, the time difference between the two canot be greater than a few hours keeping in mind that the earth spins in one direction from West to East around the Sun. If the Sun strikes the earth from the direction of our eyesight, when looking at the picture, would tell you that, if there is daytime in Samoa there must be daytime in Auckland, New zealand and if there is night in Auckland and day in Samoa there must be daytime in Auckland a few hours after, with a difference of approx. an hour. Placing the Sun from all other directions would tell you that the proximity of the both places means that there is not a great deal of time difference between the two and definitley not 23 hours.

2. Yes, we do have places in the world where you can have 24 hours of daytime, such as the Polar Regions, but what we need to understand is that this full day’s difference is only when it is compared to itself as an exception that has no effect on the time zone difference of 12 hours maximum.  In anchorage, Alaska, we can have a maximum of 19 hours of daytime where the sun rises at 4:20 a.m and sets at 11:42 p.m on 21^st June (the longest day of the year). This means that there is a minimum night time of just 4 hours and 38 minutes, for example, on 21^st June. This shorter night of just 4 hours and 38 minutes is compensated by longer nights at any other point on the Globe whereby the time zones difference remains 12 hours to the maximum but never a full day of 24 hours. This fact rests on the premise that any country in the world will fall either on the half that has plus 12 hours difference or on the half that has minus 12 hours difference as the world is a sphere and is rotating.

3. Having Eid on 2 different days creates divisions and profanity to Islamic Laws as some enjoy Eid whereas some are fasting and you cannot unite the world and cannot celebrate this day, en masse, with friends and family across the Globe.

If all the Islamic Scholars do not agree to the above hypothesis presented to them then I have no choice but to ask them, isn’t it the Satan that is supposed to fast on the Eid day? If that is true (you believe) then all the Islamic scholars are behind the veil of ignorance and will be held responsible for creating such divisions that try to create their importance as religious leaders that want people to follow them even if it has to contradict Islam. Islam is the ‘De Facto Religion’ of the Universe and at the same time elegantly simple that has no divisions within it whatsoever. It is the human kind that masters hypocrisy.

Let us take the example of Toronto, Canada and Islamabad, Pakistan. The time difference between the two is approx 9 hours. If in Toronto the time is 10.00 a.m then the time in Pakistan is 19:00 p.m. Now suppose the moon is sighted in Pakistan at 11:00 p.m. after breaking the fasting at sunset around 19:20 p.m as of 17th June 2012. This would mean that the following day is an Eid Day in Pakistan. Now in Canada it will still be daytime and people will be fasting whereby they will break their fasting at sunset around 21:02 as of 17th June 2012. As the time moves, in approx. 11 hours the people in Toronto will be breaking their fasting and the people in Islamabad will be getting ready for Eid celebrations and Eid Prayers. Ultimately, both the Nation’s Muslim Community will be celebrating Eid on the same day without any one having to fast on the Eid day like Satan.

Is there a day’s difference between London and Islamabad? Yet I have witnessed people having Eid on two different days. The Question is why?

Today’s governments are no better rulers than of their past predecessors. Their flagship has always been devising laws that scrutinize the masses through austerity to retain their supremacy without having the audacity to look inside their own mansions. It is to no surprise that these governments are, and were, influenced by the self-destructive school of Capitalism enticing them to jump on a bandwagon of capitalism and receive taxes to run their day-to-day establishments. But in this race of gains who has tethered who and who is the victim and the final culprit remains an enigma for the common man.

''Please do not miscontrue the use of the term 'Capitalism' in this context. Capitalism that advocates Speculation and Trading on Financial Markets, Earnings through Interest, and the right to pile reserves of paper money, gold etc without purifying it, is cursed'' 

Not having to discover much, the masses are tethered by capitalism and governments where capital moves from the pockets of hoi polloi to capitalistic plutocrats and governmental reserves that run the school of capitalism and their blood sucking counterparts; Financial markets, useless laws to make money & Banks. This school advocates and practices making money on money. This means people not having money, the poor, have no part to play in the race of gains, making it unjust by the first impression. Digging deeper would excavate the remains of capitalism of the past where pharaoh used slaves to increase his own wealth and power, no different from the governmental structure of the 21^st century, where common man is a virtual slave.                                                                           

How do banks make majority of their profits? By taking interest on accounts from account holders; the common people saving money for their future, and lending it further to businesses on a much higher interest. Thus, banks perform major capital formation that would have been lying idle in many households or otherwise consumed. But why can’t the governments use their idle money lying as heaps of paper, gold, and what have you, to make it available to businesses without interest? The deception is not just the interest part but is the amount of interest paid to the account holder which is more or less equal to the amount of inflation in the country. So think on how much the masses gain and how gravely misbalanced the system is of the Era.

Then we blame the past on wrong impressions rather than the system that prevailed, and is prevailing, under governments. It is not the question of people not willing to contribute to socialism but it’s the system that is unjust towards the people that coerce them to take part in the race of gains, as intended by capitalism. If the system were that just people would have definitely taken part in the collective gains of the society in general rather than the individual race of gains where the smaller fish always ends up being consumed rather than each having their separate forms of sustenance (see picture).

The bigger question is, if the masses are to be given a mere part of the money that they pay in taxes why would they need governments for it? What role does a government play in the prosperity of its people for what it gives (social benefits) is far less than what it takes (every imaginable and unimaginable taxes)? Similarly, what role does a bank play in reviving a society for what it takes is far more than what it gives back to the society? If you do not believe then, ‘why does Greece Central Bank has reserves of 3585 million ounces of Gold’?

To camouflage their clandestine love for capitalism bamboozled the common people by devising morality in companies by introducing Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics that is termed an oxymoron which further puzzled the already puzzled masses. Please do not say it employs people because it is obligatory for them to use human capital. Unfortunately, this human capital, now, is also not being employed in banks through automation of processes and manpower being replaced by machine power where the victims are always common people known as the public.

Results are, masses are running governmental expenditures rather than governments running expenditures of the poor, let alone the masses. It seems as if they are, but in fact they are not.

Let us look at the Capitalistic Society:

1. The public pays 21% (highest in Europe) on everything they buy.
2. They pay Personal Taxes.
3. They pay Independent Taxes.
4. They pay Income Taxes.
5. They pay Car Insurances.
6. They pay Bank Transfer Fees.
7. They pay Income Contributions to make up pension which is not even 100% reimbursed.
8. There is no free movement of people in Europe, except for tourism. If a Spanish person comes to Belgium he will only be allowed residence if he or she shows solid proof of work and income, otherwise repatriated to Spain.                                
9. Interest Based Banking.
10. European Telecommunications Network Operators Association (ETNO) is planning to impose heavy cost on popular Websites that will virtually cut off Internet in the developing countries.

The dire need of today, and of our generations to come, is to come up with a System of Economics that is simple yet just to all and that system cannot be devised without the Divine Law that laid down the rules of Islamic Economics through the ‘De Facto Religion Islam’.

Let us look at the Islamic Society (to be implemented as per ZAH Philosophy)

1. 2.5 % tax (Zakat) on all Idle Money, including Governments, Banks, Reserves. Used to make poor more productive citizens through projects that bring in capital. 
2. 10% tax on Companies.
3. Price is not equal to the cost of production.
4. Fixed prices and variable production through expansion.
5. Interest Free Banking.
6. Money would be in circulation flowing from all the masses to the government and from government back to the masses in juxtaposition to continuous improvement to all alike. Step by Step.

A Pareto-Optimal System. (A whole plan is in the making).

Example of Greece: A perfect example of too much restrictions and laws in the Euro Zone has forced Greece to step out of euro and initiate a vacuum for disasters to follow. Greece now wants 100 Billion bailout for banks.

Example of Facebook IPO: Who gained the most in the Initial Public Offering by Facebook? These were no other than the deal brokers; NASDAQ, Facebook owners, & venture capitalists. Whether the stocks/shares went up or down these advocates of capitalism brokered billions in profit at the hands of the masses who were coerced to enter the race of capital gains and ended up being bamboozled time and again.

If the current system of capitalism suggests not helping the poor because they worked hard to earn their riches then why do you think Europe should bail out Greece as the people across Europe (other than Greece) have worked hard to keep afloat their governments by paying high taxes?

Ironically, the current system of economics or should I say capitalism will ultimately be obliged to implement the Islamic Economics until the common people get heywired ad nauseam to capitalism.

Look at the following scenario:

Suppose that the world population has increased from 7 billion in 2012 to 14 billion in 2145 (estimate).

The first question that will arise would be to ask, how would this population of 14 billion be fed? With the current system of capitalism where you have trillions in reserves but still have almost a billion starving population can you expect it to feed almost the double amounts in the future with starving people of more than 2 billion? If the current system prevails capital will remain in the hands of the very few on the top and you will not be able to feed 12 Billion plus 2 Billion of starving population. Will you accept the system that allows the rich to maintain their riches at the hands of the starving poor and let them have parties and eat cakes, while the poor starve to death? Is this the system you want to implement? Being rich is no crime but getting rich through this current system of gains at the hands of the masses is.

Ultimately, Islamic Economics will be inevitable yet the men in power will deceive you as they have for the past hundred years and abstain your grant. If you want a just system you would definitely try to implement the Islamic economics presented to you in the article, the revival of the Islamic republic of Pakistan and its Islamic counterparts. It is the Islamic Empire that will have to take the lead as an example.

Gravely, if you have an unjust system you should at least have a just system that creates opposition to the unjust one. Unfortunately you have no just system that can at least give poor people the hope for the revival and the choice between the ‘Right system’ and the ‘Wrong system’.

Islamism will become a necessity for the World Economics. Although they (men in Power) will fail to implement it by rejecting it.

The Revival of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan

Let us not mince matters and try to put scattered pieces of puzzle together to produce a thought provoking soliloquy with a sotto voce.  To celebrate the heyday of our Nation we need to shout out a slogan that has lost its splendour and glitter, faded ever so roughly since its enunciation in 1947, attributed to the quintessence of profanity to Islam by acting as a catalyst to corruption, injustice, lies and lawlessness by the men in power and even by many human plutocrats disloyal to this great Nation. So Shout!

Pakistan Ka Matlab Kiya La IllaHa Ill Allah!

This disappearing credence to the above slogan has culminated into chaos that tarnished a great Nation’s benediction into the bleakness of curse. Further dictation by the brutality of the leaders of the Nation penned ‘doom’ on every rank and file’s forehead & poured water from their eyes while they cried in agony. The slogan, thus far, remains an enigma for those who lack Belief.

To not only re-celebrate our Nation's heyday but to bring back kudos of  the Islamic State every rank and file will have to revive the dying belief in Islam, on an individual basis by self consultation, by voting for a proper selection of candidates at the polls through transparent elections.

Secondly, there is an ever so greater need for an Islamic System of

Economics and I mean truly Islamic. What is this Islamic Economics?

This Islamic Economics urgently requires the basics of Islam that says:

‘‘In Islam there is no State but the State representing the teachings of Qur’an and Sunnah. As all States belong to Allah Almighty whatever is saved in reserves belongs to Allah Almighty. As Allah Almighty is self-sufficient, all money and savings of the State go to the poor people of the State’’.

Then ask yourself this question; Is Pakistan an Islamic Republic?

With reserves of more than $17 Billion this sacred land that likes to be called ‘Islamic Republic of Pakistan’ has failed to grasp these fundamentals. For it to be considered an Islamic State it has to be shown reflections of its own entity. 

To buttress support we present to you the following:

This great (hybrid) nation has a zakat system coinciding with the western system of Interest (Harram in Islam). The zakat is 2.5% for the hoi polloi and our Nation’s Governmental Reserves are exempt from it. By crunching numbers from the reserves we apply the percentage of zakat and arrive at $425 million ($17 Billion x 0.025 zakat). This amount of $425 Million must be distributed to the poor as an ex gratia help. If this is de trop for the establishment then use this Money, and even the reserves of 17 Billion, on projects that revive the true Islamic State and expunge the curse inflicted on the people of the Nation. It would not be like finding gold to mention the problem of Electricity. So fix it!

According to the Book, Best Before End, any idle money that is Not in use is subject to Zakat in juxtaposition to money in use that is exempt from it.

So either you invest this money by advocating to it continuous cycles of improvement through Total Quality Management (TQM) on projects that bring in capital OR you payout the destituted masses 2.5% in zakat annually ($425 Million) liable on reserves. Or use this money to get people employed.

The possibilities are there and Islam always shows leniency by letting you choose between 2 rights. Unfortunately, this arrogant group of human kind was ignorant even at the times of Prophecies. Results are, even if they had the ‘Promised Land’ they would have made fun out of themselves and pity would have been inflicted upon them.

Why is there Idle money lurking around as heaps of paper, gold or what have you in the reserves when you can make the most out of it.

Why does any state put so much burden on its people where the responsibility should have been rested on the shoulders of the giants (governments)?

Just think, why are governments there for? What is their purpose and reason for existence? If you remove the purpose and reason from a things existence it ultimately leads to its extinction and/or chaos.

Bring all your think tanks, philosophers of Islam, Alim-e-Deen, economists, constitutionalists, researchers, scientists, physicists, and come up with a system that works for all and revive the Islamic State and ditch those that advocate corruption, lies, hypocrisy and lawlessness in the country. Gravely, this will not work with double standards.

‘‘If Zakat is liable to an individual it must be liable to governments’’

A trenchant criticism would be on the leader of the Islamic Empire, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), that does not implement the criterion that will revive the Islamic Empire with KSA as its Centre. KSA has $556 Billion in Reserves and should pay Zakat on it for helping the poor in the Muslim world and beyond.

This Zakat has some rules:

1. Continuous progress with purity and sustainability while accommodating the desituted masses on the way to Islamic prosperity.

2. Zakat on proceeding years will only be liable once the idle amount reaches 10 percent more than the total value (after zakat deductions).

Example of Pakistan:

17 billion reserves - 425 million zakat = $ 16575000000

Zakat will be liable next once Total Reserves reach $18.23billion. 

Ultimately following the Divine Law in juxtaposition to the worldly law.

Zakat percentage remains a moot point for mutual consultation.

This Article is just a glimpse of what needs to be done to revive the true Islamic Republic of Pakistan and its Islamic Counterparts.

The Sound Of Conscience

‘‘The sound of conscience from the Heavens could be heard ONLY if the barrier of Nothingness separating the Heavens from the earth is broken which is Impossible even if the distance barrier is broken’’ - Zeshan Ali Haider.

Experiment no:1
In a dark room, when you turn on your mobile and the screen of your mobile emits light, you do not see the light in the space between your mobile and the ceiling. Once the light hits the ceiling

you see bright light on the point of impact. Now if you increase the distance of the ceiling to the amounts where the velocity of the light emitted from the mobile does not reach the ceiling will give you the distance at which light remains without impacting matter (matter greater than mass of an atom) & remaining dark.This results in a greater distance as compared to velocity.

This can be proved when you take your mobile out at night. Pointing the mobile screen upwards towards the sky you see only light being emitted and no brightness as there is no point of impact greater than the mass of an Atom.

In terms of our Universe, if for example, the furthest star is located at a distance of 946,080,000,000,000 Km means that the Universe is 946 trillion Km more further than the furthest star plus 946 trillion from all other angles. Meaning the Universe is more than 3,784 trillion Km wide (because light does not strike matter at this distance that makes it dark space). Therefore, light does not strike matter suggesting the mindboggling massiveness of the Universe.

Experiment no: 2

Search the web for the diameter of the Sun in Km and the diameter of the Sun in the sky from the earth to a naked eye in Inches or centimetres. Try to observe a falling star and its position in the sky

and the distance covered in Inches or centimetres. Calculate the time it took you to observe the star’s movement in seconds. Then you can do the calculations yourself as under.

Diameter of the Sun / by the diameter of the Sun in the sky in inches or centimetres = the distance in kilometres. The star moved from point A to B in the sky covering (distance in inches or centimetres)x the distance in kilometres = the distance the star travelled.

If the results suggest that the star travels at speeds greater than (or even less than) 300000km/sec could easily point to the fact that the speed of light of stars is even more faster when we follow a falling stars’ path in real time in seconds.Therefore, speedof light is not a constant. Do the math!

Keeping these two scenarios we can say that even if you are able to break the distance and velocity barriers you still cannot break the barrier of Nothingness.

''The night Journey by our beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH on a methodological steed that broke the barrier is by far the fastest . Where the barrier of nothingness was opened for the Prophet to enter the Heavens by the Creator, Almighty Allah''.

Result:

If you can break the barrier of nothingness you can certainly hear the sound of conscience from the Heavens & for Mankind it remains Impossible.

‘‘Then which of the favours of your Lord will you Deny’’.
