Every human being thinks that he is successful. A business man thinks that he is successful, a minister thinks that he is successful, a ruler thinks that he is successful, a billionaire thinks that he is successful and a drinker who drinks all his life thinks that he is successful. All in their own minds think that they are successful in whatever they are doing or have achieved. These represent successes, successes that are defined and redefined to suite their own egocentricity and their own codes of conduct, ignoring those whose intelligence supersedes their own. Not only this, but they also have no self-propulsion that makes them endeavour to know or understand what success is as defined by the Creator, Allah Almighty. This leads to the statement, ‘self-Intelligence that kills further intelligence’.

This failure to comprehend the true success is happening in every field. The field of Science (as in refuting religion) also thinks that it is more successful under its own criterion of success than religion. This is why it remains busy refuting religion Islam day and night because it feels threatened towards its own existence. For example, if everybody believed in One God and Religion who would need and practice such sciences? Christianity and Judaism have the same definition of ‘success’ problem that makes them reject Islam and feel that they are more blessed than any other civilization. Pharaoh thought that he was to be worshiped having his own definition of success that circulated around him. Not only him but also Satan that defined success related to the power of things. Satan was made from smokeless fire and man made from clay. According to his definition of success and superiorority, the nature and power of things determined success therefore Satan thought that he was superior which killed his intelligence into negative deception.

Not sparing Islam. In Islam there are those that think that their interpretation of the Qur’an and Sunnah is more accurate than the rest of the Muslims and have created their own sects within Islam. How many sects are there in current day Islam? See the visual below: This kind of intelligence is killing the real meaning and success of humanity and is leading it to the same ignorance and closed minds that would result in their destruction and that have resulted in the destruction of the people in the past.

Muslim Islam has already been divided into 33 sects (excluding Sufi, not sure as to their being a sect, blue boxes in the above visual) and considering other sects from the people of the book such as Jews and Christians make the number to 58 should already be a concern to the Muslim Ummah or Humanity as a whole. Jews have two major sects Ashkenazim and Sephardim. One sect emerged from one of the 2 sects of Jews that came to be known as Christians in the mid 1st century, date cannot be confirmed, and leading to further Christian sects such as Catholics, Orthodox, Protestants, Restorationists and others. It is said of Islam that there will be 73 sects within Islam before the final judgments comes to pass or as Allah Wills and there is only one which is on the guided path of truth. Adding the two together, as the religion before Allah had, has and is always been Islam, we arrive at the chiffre 58 sects out of the 73. Only a difference of 15 sects’ remains which should be a grave concern for Humanity.

To answer the real definition of success, success includes the following 4 (Influenced by Jaffer Quraishi’s video on Youtube, (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgT6dDgSMlc)

1. Strong Belief (in Islam).
2. Good deeds.
3. Practicing Justice & Truth, and siding with it at all costs.
4. Patience.

Creating Sects is already a Shirk (making partners with the Lord, Allah Almighty). These sects have been created because in the Qur’an it is clearly stated that there are two types of verses, basic and allegorical, as evident from the Qur’an Chapter 03 Verse 07.

‘‘He it is Who has sent down to thee the Book: In it are verses basic or fundamental (of established meaning); they are the foundation of the Book: others are allegorical. But those in whose hearts is perversity follow the part thereof that is allegorical, seeking discord, and searching for its hidden meanings, but no one knows its hidden meanings except Allah. And those who are firmly grounded in knowledge say: "We believe in the Book; the whole of it is from our Lord:" and none will grasp the Message except men of understanding’’

So If today Scholars of Islam, Philosophers of Deen, People of knowledge or anyone who tries to find out as to what happened to the body of the Jesus Christ and to where it is will put them in doubts because the truth lies only with the Lord Allah Almighty and only pettifogging on an allegory turns peoples belief away from the real message of Islam and Qur’an. These sects are making the same historical mistakes which should have been put to rest keeping in mind the long History of Islam. So, as an example, instead of trying to find out what happened to the body of the Jesus Christ, Muslim Ummah should concentrate on what is basic or fundamental i.e. the Creator who created Jesus Christ and raised him Belief in Islam, Oneness of Allah and the Final Prophet and Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad PBUH,

''That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.;- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not:-

Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise;-

And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death; and on the Day of Judgment he will be a witness against them;-''

(Qur’an 04:157-159)

and for those who have and had followed which is allegorical have turned from religion, like ones turning to Christianity and Judaism. So if now Muslims turn their heels and run away from Islam and continued creating sects and divisions will only draw closer the day of Reckoning as there is NO other religion that supersedes Islam.

So to the Muslim Ummah across the Globe:

Unveiling The Veil Of Ignorance

How many civilizations have been destroyed for their sheer embracement to ignorance? Every time a Messenger conveyed the Message of the Lord, there were those that took refuge under the veil of ignorance and as a consequent got devastated.

After the completion of Religion Islam by the Final Prophet Muhammad PBUH, the destruction part has been postponed to see how far human kind plays with this veil of ignorance. In accordance with the history of mankind, which is no hidden matter, there are 3 categories of people in the world.

1. Those that believed & died believing the true messages of Allah.(The Message conveyed through Messengers within the Epoch from Adam to Jesus Christ PBUT where respite ended with the subsequent Messenger or Death). As Jesus Christ was not killed nor crucified, as evident from the Qur’an Chapter 04 Verses 157-159, respite is still pending for disbelieving Christians until his arrival in this world.

2. Those that disbelieved & died disbelieving by their rejection and transgression. (The Message conveyed through Messengers within the Epoch from Adam to Jesus Christ PBUT where respite ended with Destruction or Death).
3. *Those that believe or disbelieve in the Final Message of Allah conveyed through the Final Messenger Muhammad PBUH and completion of the Final Religion Islam and all those currently living or will be living until the Day Of Judgement. (The Message conveyed through the Prophet and Messenger, Muhammad PBUH, where respite is given until ‘the Day of Judgment’ that is pending.

* Note: Mankind is in the 3rd Category of time & Jesus Christ   

           will also re-live and die in this era (or as Allah Wills).

Keeping in mind these 3 categories of people, in the first & the second category, the people who died within the era from Adam to Jesus Christ PBUT will be judged according to their respective Messengers and their original Messages to those people.

And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah.?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.

(Qur’an 5:116)

And they say: "None shall enter Paradise unless he be a Jew or a Christian." Those are their (vain) desires. Say: "Produce your proof if ye are truthful."

(Qur’an 2:111)

The Jews say: "The Christians have naught (to stand) upon; and the Christians say: "The Jews have naught (To stand) upon." Yet they (Profess to) study the (same) Book. Like unto their word is what those say who know not; but Allah will judge between them in their quarrel on the Day of Judgment.

(Qur’an 2:113)

In the final category, after removing all the misunderstandings, all of mankind and their generations, both of believers and disbelievers, the final respite will be given until ‘The Final Day of Judgement’, and mankind will be judged on the criterion of Islam perfected by the Final Messenger and Prophet, Muhammad PBUH by Almighty Allah.

‘‘The Bigger the Respite, The Bigger the Religion, & the Bigger the Destruction, the Bigger the Day of Judgment’’

For every message is a limit of time, and soon shall ye know it."

(Qur’an 6:67)

In the final respite, the unbelievers will still be given a sporting chance of being forgiven their past transgression, tumult and aggression if they turn to Islam before their death or the Day of Judgment as indicated by the following verse:

Say to the Unbelievers, if (now) they desist (from Unbelief), their past would be forgiven them; but if they persist, the punishment of those before them is already (a matter of warning for them).

(Qur’an 8:38)

So what to do with the disbelievers in this era between the Final Warning by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH and the Day of Judgment? A question which is as difficult as it is easy.

To arrive at a clear decision we must highlight the following 33 verses taken from the Qur’an:

Is it a matter of wonderment to men that We have sent Our inspiration to a man from among themselves?- that he should warn mankind (of their danger), and give the good news to the Believers that they have before their Lord the lofty rank of truth. (But) say the Unbelievers: "This is indeed an evident sorcerer!"

(Qur’an 10:02)

(It teacheth) that ye should worship none but Allah. (Say): "Verily I am (sent) unto you from Him to warn and to bring glad tidings:

(Qur’an 11:02)

Say to those who do not believe: "Do what ever ye can: We shall do our part;

(Qur’an 11:121)

And the Unbelievers say: "Why is not a sign sent down to him from his Lord?" But thou art truly a Warner, and to every people a guide.

(Qur’an 13:07)

Whether We shall show thee (within thy life-time) part of what we promised them or take to ourselves thy soul (before it is all accomplished),- thy duty is to make (the Message) reach them: it is our part to call them to account.

(Qur’an 13:40)

Leave them alone, to enjoy (the good things of this life) and to please themselves: let (false) hope amuse them: soon will knowledge (undeceive them).

(Qur’an 15:03)

If Allah were to punish men for their wrong-doing, He would not leave, on the (earth), a single living creature: but He gives them respite for a stated Term: When their Term expires, they would not be able to delay (the punishment) for a single hour, just as they would not be able to anticipate it (for a single hour).

(Qur’an 16:61)

But if they turn away, thy duty is only to preach the clear Message.

(Qur’an 16:82)

Invite (all) to the Way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious: for thy Lord knoweth best, who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance.

(Qur’an 16:125)

Who receiveth guidance, receiveth it for his own benefit: who goeth astray doth so to his own loss: No bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another: nor would We visit with Our Wrath until We had sent an apostle (to give warning).

(Qur’an 17:15)

When thou dost recite the Qur'an, We put, between thee and those who believe not in the Hereafter, a veil invisible:

(Qur’an 17:45)

Say, "I do but warn you according to revelation": But the deaf will not hear the call, (even) when they are warned!

(Qur’an 21:45)

Say: "O my Lord! judge Thou in truth!" "Our Lord Most Gracious is the One Whose assistance should be sought against the blasphemies ye utter!"

(Qur’an 21:112)

Say (to the Rejecters): "My Lord is not uneasy because of you if ye call not on Him: But ye have indeed rejected (Him), and soon will come the inevitable (punishment)!"

(Qur’an 25:77)

Then if they disobey thee, say: "I am free (of responsibility) for what ye do!"

(Qur’an 26:216)

Nor canst thou be a guide to the blind, (to prevent them) from straying: only those wilt thou get to listen who believe in Our Signs, and they will bow in Islam.

(Qur’an 27:81)

Those to whom We sent the Book before this,- they do believe in this (revelation):

And when it is recited to them, they say: "We believe therein, for it is the Truth from our Lord: indeed we have been Muslims (bowing to Allah’s Will) from before this.

Twice will they be given their reward, for that they have persevered, that they avert Evil with Good, and that they spend (in charity) out of what We have given them.

(Qur’an 28:52-54)

Those who split up their Religion, and become (mere) Sects,- each party rejoicing in that which is with itself!

(Qur’an 30:32)

O Prophet! Truly We have sent thee as a Witness, a Bearer of Glad Tidings, and Warner,-

(Qur’an 33:45)

We have not sent thee but as a universal (Messenger) to men, giving them glad tidings, and warning them (against sin), but most men understand not.

(Qur’an 34:28)

Say: "I am no bringer of new-fangled doctrine among the apostles, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I follow but that which is revealed to me by inspiration; I am but a Warner open and clear."

(Qur’an 46:09)

We have truly sent thee as a witness, as a bringer of Glad Tidings, and as a Warner:

(Qur’an 48:08)

So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs, wherein they shall (perforce) swoon (with terror),-

(Qur’an 52:45)

This is a Warner, of the (series of) Warners of old!

(Qur’an 53:56)

So obey Allah, and obey His Messenger. but if ye turn back, the duty of Our Messenger is but to proclaim (the Message) clearly and openly.

(Qur’an 64:12)

Say : O ye that reject Faith!

I worship not that which ye worship,

Nor will ye worship that which I worship.

And I will not worship that which ye have been wont to worship,

Nor will ye worship that which I worship.

To you be your Way, and to me mine.

(Qur’an 109:1-6)

So the above 3 categories become classes of:

• Foremost in Faith (Islam)
• Companions of the Right Hand ( Believers from those of old and later times)
• Companions of the Left Hand ( Unbelievers from those of old and later times)

Now, firstly, in all the above verses it is predominantly stated that Muhammad PBUH is sent as a Witness, as a Bringer of Glad Tidings, and as a Warner. So the first and foremost duty of every Muslim State (although the state should be dissolved, as there is no state but Rule of Allah according to Qur’an and Sunnah) should be to warn the whole world about the consequences of disbelief so that there is no single person, of men, women and children, that does not know about the Message of Allah, the True Faith, The Final Religion Islam, and The Final Prophet Muhammad PBUH, so as to abstain their only right to say, ‘we were not conveyed the message’. If they reject it, it is their own doing and no one other than the person rejecting it will be responsible for it.

The point to be stressed here is that if it is a condition for a Muslim to believe in all the Messengers (including Jesus Christ) then the Christians are ONLY truly Christians if they believe in Muhammad as it is evident from the following verse:

Say: "I am no bringer of new-fangled doctrine among the apostles, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I follow but that which is revealed to me by inspiration; I am but a Warner open and clear."

(Qur’an 46:09)

If they believe in Muhammad, they believe in the ORIGINAL scriptures and REJECT the scriptures that say, ‘trinity’ and ‘Jesus Christ the son of God’. So believing in the Original Scriptures means that if they believe in Muhammad they automatically believe in Jesus Christ and must follow Religion Islam. Sticking to what has been said in the past by disbelievers in ignorance to Islam would be no different to the blunder of Satan, which refused to obey the Lord.

If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah., never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good).

(Qur’an 03:85)

Say: "O People of the Book! come to common terms as between us and you: That we worship none but Allah. that we associate no partners with him; that we erect not, from among ourselves, Lords and patrons other than Allah." If then they turn back, say ye: "Bear witness that we (at least) are Muslims (bowing to Allah.s Will).

(Qur’an 03:64)

Secondly, Allah Almighty has incorporated in every living thing a mechanism of self-defence. When you challenge the writ of a living thing’s self-defensive mechanism by threatening its inalienable right to life it automatically switches to its defensive system. By initiating such inborn mechanism it is utterly useless to blame the victim for its self defensive nature, but instead the person or thing that initiated the victim’s self-defensive mechanism that threatened its inalienable right to life should take himself or itself as the catalyst that initiated such retaliation. As Newton’s 3^rd Law states, ‘for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction’.

The Devine has placed a self-defensive mechanism in the followers of His Divine Law (The Holy Qur’an). Hypocrite mankind does accept the laws that it arrogantly devises from the mind and intelligence gifted by the Creator but becomes insane and confused when acknowledging the Devine Law. En Passant, countries can build armies that kill armies of other countries when it comes to safeguarding their laws and people, but become pioneers of justice when it comes to safeguarding people under religion Islam and that too of the Divine that Created Mankind. Take any country and take any law, big or small, the government takes all necessary steps to make its citizen obey to its laws and in some cases forces and coerces them. Then, why not for safeguarding religion Islam on the basis of which the Lord Sent Messengers and Prophets?

Ultimately, Religion Islam has a blasphemy Law as a self-defensive mechanism that is automatically initiated when someone or something acts as a catalyst against it.

Nor take life - which Allah has made sacred - except for just cause. And if anyone is slain wrongfully, we have given his heir authority (to demand qisas or to forgive): but let him nor exceed bounds in the matter of taking life; for he is helped (by the Law).

(Qur’an 17:33)

Remaining in belief to the above sayings and verse, although the Law of Blasphemy is a self-defensive mechanism for religion Islam, however it should not  allow to slay the disbelievers, and Muslims should not take life of another being and are only permitted to do so for just cause, for example, when they are not allowed to freely practice their religious duties (including preaching) in Islam and are oppressed and coerced by any state that does not allow them this religious freedom (as they, in a way, are trying to hinder a believer's submission to Allah) and are attacked, or are thrown out of their own land. Only this because Religion Islam is complete and it is a matter of great concern for unbelievers who have closed minds that are stuck in the practices of the past in ignorance and are given respite until the Day of Judgment.

If Blasphemy is committed by a person, the person should be given imprisonment and the state should refrain from capital punishment. If he or she commits it second time a qisas or money should be demanded, as there is nothing more liked by mankind as to the love for money and materialism.

Allah does like those who fight in His Cause in battle array and those that with wisdom and beautiful preaching spread Islam and make use of the said self-defensive mechanism, which makes it just. This is the Self Defensive Mechanism of any Islamic Empire or individual Muslim.   

Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure.

Qur’an 61:04)

Why you should not kill a person for Blasphemy only, can be understood from the following Verses:

Say: "O my Lord! judge Thou in truth!" "Our Lord Most Gracious is the One Whose assistance should be sought against the blasphemies ye utter!"

(Qur’an 21:112)

When some trouble toucheth man, he crieth unto his Lord, turning to Him in repentance: but when He bestoweth a favour upon him as from Himself, (man) doth forget what he cried and prayed for before, and he doth set up rivals unto Allah, thus misleading others from Allah.s Path. Say, "Enjoy thy blasphemy for a little while: verily thou art (one) of the Companions of the Fire!"

(Qur’an 39:08)

 

As Allah Almighty is the Creator of Life and Death, humans should not slay, slaughter or kill other humans, except for just cause mentioned above, because there is this verse in the Qur’an that says, ‘every soul must taste death’, means that when a person dies he or she is destined to be called to account by the Creator, Almighty Allah. If respite is given to the disbelievers then why not concentrate on your own-self and on your own Islamic system and laws that should be virtually true reflections of Islam that try to make it stronger. But if they attack the ‘Islamic way of life’ then it becomes just for Muslims to reveal the self-defensive mechanism because they are not attacking any person but are attacking the Devine Law and that becomes unforgivable. 

‘If you have not understood this, you have lost all spiritual good’.

THERE SHOULD BE NO CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IN THIS WORLD

The person who has written this article maybe the worst person in this world but he does not make partners with the Lord, which was, and is, the sole purpose of Creating Religion.

Illegals Wanted But Illegally ONLY.

In Europe (and North America) there is this insecurity and panic concerning the crises, Euro (Dollar), future survival, extreme veiled conservatism and off course the most debated topic of immigration. The money makers of Europe have devised a meticulous cash machine called ‘illegals’ that would be entitled to residence legally, IF, 1) they have lived in the country for more than 5 years, 2) show solid proof of work and obtain a work permit on behalf of that solid proof, and, 3) Pay Taxes on that declared work for about 2 to 3 years. This invention is neither a law nor a criterion of justice. Although it might have been called munificent in nature it mostly came out to be a bluff played on the part of the Immigration Establishment and political manoeuvrings that have only one task at hand .i.e. how to get money into their budget deficits. Theses people maybe so intelligent at crunching numbers but while arriving at those numbers they make stupid mistakes of devising lopsided criteria.

                                                  ''Bribe is the function of illegal Taxation''

Suppose we are in Belgium in the era of 2009, at the time of regularization -

and an illegal wanted to get legal residence via this regularization. Now he has been given the task of providing solid proof of work and applying for a work permit on behalf of that solid proof of work. Now by a lot of toiling and hardships he manages to get a solid proof of work. What follows is that the company or Societé that gave a solid proof of work will be scrutinized. They will put pressure on it and ask whether there were no European Nationals to fill this place. Even if it goes through, the person applying for a work permit is always rejected keeping in consideration the law that an illegal person cannot ask for a work permit unless he or she is legally allowed residence first. Even if this goes through they will issue residence cards only to a point where the illegal does not qualify for an indefinite residence permit. The year he or she should be qualified for a permanent residence gets refusal for renewal of Residence cards on unjust grounds. The worse part is that these so called illegals are used and abused by the system. The pure fact is that these European System of immigration requires illegals to recover their budget deficits by allowing them to pay taxes (mostly fraudulent) as a way to gain legal status illegally. As the State is getting money this fraud is overlooked and in fact in some cases illegals are forced by the system to commit such fraud. As a result immigration policy makers have all the number games at their fingertips and when these numbers of illegals get to numbers that become a burden to the State they scrutinize the authenticity of this grant, which the system of immigration initiated in the first place, and in some cases nationalities are seized.

The real criteria was, simply put,

Category 1:

The first group is those immigrants who have lived in Belgium for at least five years and have submitted, before 18 March 2008, a request to obtain a residence permit or those who have lived legally in Belgium for a while before that date.

Category2:
Other group of immigrants constitutes those who have lived in Belgium since at least 31 March 2007, and who are in a position to present a contract of employment.

This above criteria was never implemented for there are people in Belgium who have not been granted regularization even after 12 years of toiling and hardships in the country and even after fulfilling the above criteria 100 per cent. Providing details of these people, with proof, is like a piece of cake on the face of the establishment especially the Ministry of Interior.

Consequently, all doors to immigration are closed (except Bribe as the function of illegal Tax that will remain open) and the Ministry has made laws that make you feel as if the door is still open, but in fact it is not only closed but you risk of loosing your own clothing by paying huge fees to lawyers to put up your files to the Ministry who never give residence permits on just grounds and use delay tactics so that you run away voluntarily. All in all the benefit of immigration, illegals, lawyers, taxes, and what have you go to the System runners and then they shout out loudly when they have to pay iota’s of social benefits to their own nationals.

Italy has done it many a times. So has Spain, Portugal, France, and Belgium.

These States have well planned immigration policies. They know how much illegals they need that will keep the economy afloat without having to legally be obliged to give social and other benefits otherwise claimed by its own Nationals. A person who has survived in Europe for 5 years without claiming any benefits and working in black with SME’s is what keeps their economy afloat. The longer the better because in those 5 years illegals will spend money on food, paying 6 % Tax and 21 % Tax on other items, they will rent houses and the list goes on. What is the outcome? The State gets lump sum of lucre via tax obligation on illegals, small companies use illegal workers and offer them jobs, if they pay their own taxes, to stay in business while the illegal that is already in trouble gets struck in the arse one way or the other. The point is, if illegals are not allowed entry or legal status they should not be forced into this vicious trap of injustice.

TWEE.  When Government and Capitalism come together as a merger the result is a complete Management (Masses, Economic) buyout and conflict is destined to be inflicted on the world. 

DRIE.    Federal Reserve is a cash cow to capitalism that cannot end until system takes a paradigm shift. They have understood that if they cannot use the Federal Reserves’ heaps of lucre that capitalism allows, as a law, to be accumulated then its best for it to be abolished, a flaw in Capitalism that has now surfaced and that is just the tip of the Iceberg.

VŸF.     American system runs like a lottery. You buy the ticket and have an equally likely chance of success (and masses believe that it’s a just system based on the 'equally likely chance') but the outcome is a few winners (which makes it unjust).

 ZES.     In America, Political Faces change whereas the System remains the same (remember the change Obama cashed by winning elections). Obamacare is a Tax and they know that it is a tax but they have to make those austerity measures to reduce deficits. They also know that everybody will be demanding HealthCare in the near future so why not use it as a cash cow. It’s like Pension aligned with life expectancy rate. The higher the rate goes the higher the retirement age so that they have to give iota’s of pension in return for huge taxes that go onto be dumped in the reserves.

ZEVEN.  If you want to believe in a place that challenges each of us to be better and bigger in the land of opportunity and freedom we need to come up with a strategy that not only grows but also accommodates the destituted masses on the way and does not grow by destroying the rest of the world on the way to becoming better and bigger.

Eureka! The MOON

Elucidating the divisions adrift in our Islamic societies one is sighting of the moon and having Eid on 2 to 3 different days when there is one moon for the entire world that makes it a Faux Pas for all the Muslims around the world. As Eid is marked with the sighting of the moon and our calendars are lunar based, what we should do is collaborate the sighting of the moon. All the Islamic bodies given the task to inform the sighting of the moon must hold witness to each other. If there is a sighting of the moon from any part of the world it should be verified on a minimum of 3 different places (the number can be chosen by shura; mutual consultation) other than the Polar Regions after which the entire world will bow into acceptance. The day on which the moon is sighted from 3 different places will be the last day of fasting and the following day will be an Eid day no matter where you are in the world and no matter what the time difference is.

The above hypothesis rests on the followings:

1. The world is not flat. This means that we cannot have a full earth with full daytime or a full earth with full night time. We cannot have a day’s difference between countries at any point on the Globe. People need to understand the difference between ‘time zones between countries’ and ‘varying length times of daytime and night time’. The time zone difference between countries cannot exceed more than 12 hours no matter where you are on the world map, whether that be in Alaska or New Zealand. As the earth moves in one direction from west to east you cannot add up both sides of the globe as one to calculate a time difference of 23 hours as people so believe. For example, some people believe that the time difference between Samoa (some sort of American Island) and Auckland, New Zealand is 23 hours but actually they are an hour apart from each other. This is because they calculate the time difference by spreading the earth as a flat object. Furthermore, daytime can increase or decrease by a few hours but the total time of one rotation of the earth remains 24 hours where half of the earth represents 12 hours.

In the above diagram the red circle represents Samoa and  below down and slighty to the left is Auckland, New zealand. If the Sun is anywhere, meaning, front, back, left, and right, the time difference between the two canot be greater than a few hours keeping in mind that the earth spins in one direction from West to East around the Sun. If the Sun strikes the earth from the direction of our eyesight, when looking at the picture, would tell you that, if there is daytime in Samoa there must be daytime in Auckland, New zealand and if there is night in Auckland and day in Samoa there must be daytime in Auckland a few hours after, with a difference of approx. an hour. Placing the Sun from all other directions would tell you that the proximity of the both places means that there is not a great deal of time difference between the two and definitley not 23 hours.

2. Yes, we do have places in the world where you can have 24 hours of daytime, such as the Polar Regions, but what we need to understand is that this full day’s difference is only when it is compared to itself as an exception that has no effect on the time zone difference of 12 hours maximum.  In anchorage, Alaska, we can have a maximum of 19 hours of daytime where the sun rises at 4:20 a.m and sets at 11:42 p.m on 21^st June (the longest day of the year). This means that there is a minimum night time of just 4 hours and 38 minutes, for example, on 21^st June. This shorter night of just 4 hours and 38 minutes is compensated by longer nights at any other point on the Globe whereby the time zones difference remains 12 hours to the maximum but never a full day of 24 hours. This fact rests on the premise that any country in the world will fall either on the half that has plus 12 hours difference or on the half that has minus 12 hours difference as the world is a sphere and is rotating.

3. Having Eid on 2 different days creates divisions and profanity to Islamic Laws as some enjoy Eid whereas some are fasting and you cannot unite the world and cannot celebrate this day, en masse, with friends and family across the Globe.

If all the Islamic Scholars do not agree to the above hypothesis presented to them then I have no choice but to ask them, isn’t it the Satan that is supposed to fast on the Eid day? If that is true (you believe) then all the Islamic scholars are behind the veil of ignorance and will be held responsible for creating such divisions that try to create their importance as religious leaders that want people to follow them even if it has to contradict Islam. Islam is the ‘De Facto Religion’ of the Universe and at the same time elegantly simple that has no divisions within it whatsoever. It is the human kind that masters hypocrisy.

Let us take the example of Toronto, Canada and Islamabad, Pakistan. The time difference between the two is approx 9 hours. If in Toronto the time is 10.00 a.m then the time in Pakistan is 19:00 p.m. Now suppose the moon is sighted in Pakistan at 11:00 p.m. after breaking the fasting at sunset around 19:20 p.m as of 17th June 2012. This would mean that the following day is an Eid Day in Pakistan. Now in Canada it will still be daytime and people will be fasting whereby they will break their fasting at sunset around 21:02 as of 17th June 2012. As the time moves, in approx. 11 hours the people in Toronto will be breaking their fasting and the people in Islamabad will be getting ready for Eid celebrations and Eid Prayers. Ultimately, both the Nation’s Muslim Community will be celebrating Eid on the same day without any one having to fast on the Eid day like Satan.

Is there a day’s difference between London and Islamabad? Yet I have witnessed people having Eid on two different days. The Question is why?
